how can i talk to a person about my drive and wheel not working - all i get is the run around.

    Same Here... My WRC wheel is not recognized. I sent it to Fanatec on November 2021... They kept saying there is nothing wrong with the wheel. I got my wheel back in February 2022... exact same problem. Followed their recommended wheelbase troubleshooting with no success. Since then, radio silence. I write every week to customer support and they no longer bother to reply. My other wheel works perfectly with my wheelbase... The support is really ridiculous.
