    There are several replies from us in your account that don't appear to have responses from you, so I'm wondering if you missed them (perhaps they went into your spam folder). If you need further technical support, please ensure you are contacting us via support ticket - this can only be created in the My Products section of your Fanatec account. If you use the general contact form, the messages have to be redirected and this adds a delay.
