ACC DD1 Steer lock on PC + LED BUG

so the recommended settings say 1080° in Settings and ingame. Some drivers like James Baldwin and Coach Dave Academy say that it needs to be adjusted per car. Is this only on console or also for pc?

Another thing:

My LED Screen on my F1 Limited edition 2020 wheel show the RPM instead of the speed. How can I fix this?
