CSL Pedals Alignment on GT Omega APEX Stand?

I'm unable to bolt down the back of my CSL pedals to my GT Omega APEX stand because the pre-drilled holes don't line up. Has anyone else encountered that? Is this a known issue?

I just zip-tied the back of the pedals down to the base, and there isn't any wobble that I can notice, but if there's a way to actually bolt everything down neatly, I'd be very interested to learn more.

    I don't know about the Apex but I had the same problem with the Omega. Had to drill some extra holes. They slightly overlap with preexisting holes but just put washers on the underside of the plate and it's all good.
