2 months less warranty ?

hello !

I ordered a GT DD pro bundle on January 11 2022 and received it on March 14 2022.

I am surprised to see in my profile that the hardware warranty started on January 11 2022 and lasts until January 11 2024.

The shipment was made on March 10 or 11 2022.

So I lose 2 months warranty.

It's normal ?

  • yup. Just message support. There is a button on the right, on the page where you see your expiration dates of all your products.

  • The past few days they are impossible to get in touch with through chat. I'd send an email.

    No need for email. No need to chat. Message support like I said. Click on support button next to, on same page with warranty dates. Click on the products you are referring to. Type in message.

    Don't tell me you need snap shots of screens with arrows and instructions and what to click etcetc.
