CSL Elite wheel won't connect to PS5 via clubsport pedals

As title.

If I connect to PS5 via pedals the setup won't connect to my PS5

If I move the USB connector to the wheel instead, it with show up on the PS5 but this is not much help without working pedals...

The wheel is connected to the pedals correctly.

    Now if I try to connect to the PC, it will just recognise which ever of the 2 devices (wheel or pedals) I have the USB cable connected to. I can only assume the link cable is faulty?

    I have ordered a new RJ12 cable so hope this will work

    I have a fanatec CSL elite PS4 wheel and CSRelite pedals hooked up to PS4 work amazing in pCars1 now get pCars2 and while the wheel is recognised and works (though like others shows as a thrustmaster in the settings menu for some reason but with the correct picture) the game does not pick up my pedals at all!! - i have tried calibrating them i have tried assigning them to controls i can't work it out yet???

    I've already forked out for a new hell base to work with the PS4 i don't want to have to get new pedals now as well!!!
