Shipping & warranty is a joke
The warranty on my load cell pedals already started but they haven't even shipped! How does that make any sense whatsoever? Also, I pre-ordered the load cell pedals last month and a friend of mine who just ordered them already got his shipped.
This company is borderline unethical in its practice.

For the warranty, you can simply contact support and have them adjust it. Warranty starts when the product is shipped locally.
As far as the shipping difference, you'll have to contact support.
I noticed the exact same problem with my order. Have sent them an email. I am pretty annoyed at the whole buying experience.
This a site bug, the date corrects itself when the products ship. In some cases, customer service has to manually adjust the date on the account.
We are working on a fix.

From your “my products page”, just send support a message and they will amend for you. Warranty starts from the shipping date. You can do that anytime. No rush.
As Jules will say… chill!
I don't find this right either. Warranty should start when I receive it in my hands. Fanatec printed shipping labels on March 1st for me. Items weren't physically shipped until March 8th. It's now March 25th and I'm still waiting for parts to arrive. I've basically lost a month's warranty.
Hi Roman,
If on the unlikely chance that you had to make use of the warranty right near the end of the warranty period whether the 'start point' comes into question, then I can assure you that the team would be reasonable about it. You would just need to make them aware of the shipping delays and they would take this into account.
