Customer Service - *crickets*
I have tried to contact their customer service via email and via phone to ask questions about ordering and about my current order. I haven't heard from them in over 3 business days (which is stated by their company). Also all their customer support lines are always " *insert department* not available sending to voicemail. Voicemail box is full".
Is this typical for this company? Did I seriously waste time on ordering all this and need to go elsewhere?

Hi John,
You should receive a confirmation email of purchase, then another when the items are about to ship, and also one with tracking information. Bear in mind that because these messages are automated, they can sometimes end up in spam folders.
You can always contact us about your order by selecting 'Contact' and the option 'I have a question about my order'.
