Can anyone tell me how long fanatec support usually take to respond to a support ticket? I have a faulty dd pro and made a ticket a few days ago but i haven't heard anything back yet. Thanks

Maby You should ask directly from their Führer, after all he is responsible how this company acts.

It took 3 days to get a response. Ridiculous. And the response was "can you send a video of your dead DD Pro?" And took 3 days to say "yup, it's dead".
