How to contact somebody for Tech Support/RMA

Anybody figured out how to get a response/get in contact with someone from Fanatec/Endor US? Been trying to follow up on a status on my RMA for almost a month, and no answer via email support, even after repeated attempts, including just entering a new ticket. I tried calling and the Customer Support mailbox is full, and Tech Support doesn't take calls. Resorted to leaving a voicemail with both Reception and the PR department (nobody answers there either)

  • Ive been trying also and I just received my RMA to send my stuff back. I think it’s just a process of waiting and keep hassling them about it

  • ok update for you, I actually got a RMA, yesterday and sent it out over there today. so it took about a week to get it
