Approximate wait time for support ticket response

Hello,

I'm just wondering if a fanatec employee could give a rough estimate as to how long the queue time is for a support ticket response. I have a bricked DD2 from a failed firmware update that needs to be RMAd. I understand from other posts that there is currently a pretty hefty backlog of support tickets and some people have been waiting as long as 2 weeks for a response? Is this still the case?
