Hi

I went through trucking school learning manual transmission. That was 2 years ago and I haven't touched one since. And I don't plan to. If I never have to downshift again I will die a happy lad.

Im a company driver as well (cue triggering of owner ops). We deliver everything from car parts to dog food, and anything and everything in-between. I haul loads just as important to the economy as every other trucker.

I guess my point is... can't we all just get along? There's so much hate for automatic drivers and I just don't understand it. Aren't we all doing the same goddamn thing? No matter what we drive, we're still looked down upon by everyone else. Shouldn't we AT LEAST have each other's backs? Again, no matter WHAT we drive?

    I,d rather have a designated cupholder for my csl dd 😉, but driving stick does have advantages, like doing something while you wait to get to the destination
