ClubSport Pedals V3 not recognized via direct connection

Hello, yesterday I got my Podium Wheel Base DD1 and ClubSport Pedals V3. 

All updates are done. If the pedal is now connected directly to the wheel base, then I don't see any blue bars when calibrating on the PC (no input). 

The same applies to the PS4-mode. In the mode PS4, the pedal symbol on the wheel base is gray, but this should be white and the pedals are also not recognized on the PS4.

However, if the pedals are connected to the USB on the PC, the pedals are recognized an i can see the blue bar when i press a pedal. 


A friend of mine hits exactly the same basis DD1 and Clubsport v3, so he took the pedals and the cable with him and the pedals are recognized by the PS4(Connected the same way as i did it).

Where could be the fault?

I would be happy to get any help from you.
