Valve issuing Refunds and RMA instantly....shame on you Fanatec.
Had an issue with my VR headset and controller recently.
Contacted Valve and explained...Within 2 days i had an email stating to send it back free of charge and they would replace no problem.
3 days after this a new Headset and controller were in my house...hadn't even sent back the original yet.
They also threw in a new tether at £120 for free.
Outstanding support from day 1. Kept in contact,via email and phone...Sent out replacement within a couple of days.
This also a company which has people working from home and don't use this as an excuse.
Shame on you Fanatec.
