V3 Brake Loadcell bent

Has anyone ever had there loadcell on the V3 buckle ? i started getting issues while braking and upon closer inspection of my brake pedal the actual loadcell sensor plates have bend out of shape. my brake now goes from 0-75% with no progression.
I have opened a Ticket but still not had a response.
Pedals are still under warranty so hopefully i can get a new sensor sent out and back to racing.

Hi! I have exactly the same problem. Out of nowhere I had no brake anymore from 0- to approx 75%. The plate of the loadcell looked a bit odd and when I compare it with yours it's exactly the same.
Could you please tell me what was the response from Fanatec?
Many thanks in advance.
Nicolas
Take a picture of your load cell showing the damage and send it to Fanatec in a support ticket.
If they are under warranty, they will send you a new one.
If they are not, they will sell you a new one.
Be prepared to wait as their response time is really bad (weeks).
Eventually, you will get a replacement one.
Yes I'll do. You had the same issue?
No, never had a problem with mine while I had them but from the design of the load cell I knew it would fail eventually and wanted to get a spare one from Fanatec so I wouldn't have to wait for a replacement if/when mine went.
My pedals where out of warranty and Fanatec would not sell me one unless mine was broken.
Not long after I moved to Heusinkveld Sprints and sold the V3s.
I have dealt with them before and know the first thing they are going to ask for is proof (video/pics) and figured I'd save you some time as they take a loooooooong time to respond. The back and forth can take forever.
You can also get an aftermarket one from eBay. They come straight from China though so will take some time to get.
custom 200kg load cell. Far superior type load cell used here.
Hello All,
have u now received an answer to the problem from Fanatec?
I have the same issue with my load cell, opened a support ticket, but I don't get any response from Fanatec.
