Mclaren V2 Wheel Won't Update

Hi All


I've just recieved a brand new GT DD Pro and Mclaren V2 Wheel however I'm having issues updating the firmware on the wheel. I've tried using 443 and 444 but I receive the error message that I've attached here. The wheelbase and motor are up to date without any issue and the wheel works in game but is just stuck on version 40 of the firmware from factory. Interestingly the wheel shows its firmware version as 33 when it starts to boot up. I'm waiting f for a response from support but I'm wondering if anyone has experienced a similar issue.

    I only got my Fanatec bundle last week and have exactly the same problem.The wheel works fine but will just not update. Base, motor and pedals all updated no problems first time.

    Did you manage to get this sorted out?

    I’ve contacted customer support but no reply which is typical from what I’ve been reading online.
