CSL pedals wont show up

Hello all I have CSL pedals with a load cell and use the USB adapter. My computer sees the adapter but the pedals don't calibrate in iracing. They are hooked up correctly, not the bad way that shorts out pedals.

I downloaded the latest drivers. Fanalab sees CSL elite pedal but they arent. I got control panel working. changed the mode of the USB adapter to CSL Pedals. still no luck

Says firmware is up to date

Help please I am super confused.

    Load Cell does not need a USB adapter. You have to connect the USB cable coming out of the brake pedal directly to the PC.
