Need help getting Race Room profile detected

Just recently decided to play Race Room after an extended break, but profile will not pick up steering, rebinding works on throttle, brake, etc. but can't steering to pick up. Looked across the net and tried other options but I am missing something probably simple, need help please!! I did try new installation, USB.

    What wheel base are you using?

    Have you deleted the user folder containing all controller settings?
