V3 pedals will not stop vibrating

I turned my PC on this evening and heard a rumble that I thought was the PC, which is always pretty quiet. Turns out it is my v3 pedals, which have constant vibration. I updated to the latest drivers and Fanalab to no avail. Also went into Fanalab to disable vibration to no avail.

I run iRacing exclusively and am also not even in the game.

    This happens to me too with rFactor 2 in the race event pre-race screen. the accelerator pedal will not stop vibrating.
