Product support request process
It seems as though there may be an issue with the support request process.
I submitted the entire form including uploads of pictures and videos from my account and After I submitted it
it gave me a message at the end saying "please Include a message And subject"
I do not want to Submit redundant forms.
Has anyone else had similar issues?

Yes it turns out after emailing customer support that my original support ticket would never went through once I redid that and it went through the process has been flying along no issues
I am currently very impressed with the support and the time frames.
Support is nonexistent.
