Support Ticket Confirmation

Is anyone able to confirm if my support ticket was submitted? I attempted to submit a ticket last night regarding the increasingly common Podium hub not being recognized on the F1 DD1 issue. On my first attempt to hit submit, it gave me an error saying I needed to enter a subject and message however the form was completely filled out in detail. Added a couple spaces in the body of the message and subject line to see if that would "refresh" it since the form took me about 20min to get through. Thought maybe I took too long. It then gave me a message saying it was already submitted and cleared all the fields. I havent received any emails and dont see an area in my account to check status.

Same problem don't know if a support ticket has been opened and you're advised on site not to open more than 1 ticket. Seems basic stuff and not a great first step into contacting / getting support for your Fanatec product.
