Question about logging a support call and response

Hello all. I have developed an issue on my Clubsport RS. I logged a ticket via my products on my account however when I submitted it I didn't get any kind of confirmation page or e-mail it just went back to my product page. Im concerned now my ticket has not been raised , has anyone logged a ticket before and is this normal or should I try again? Thank you

You should try again - the support system is unreliable and often fails to submit messages - been like this for years!

Make sure you flag the little box at the bottom of the page, the terms and conditions one. It's practically invisible, and usually, if you don't flag it, it sends you back to the product page.
