DD Pro steering wheel firmware update failed

Hi, the steering wheel firmware update (from the DD Pro bundle) was not successful. During the update the cable disconnects. Also tested on a laptop with Windows 10 (64 bit).

Even the Base and Engine updates gave disconnection problems but in the end the update was successful.

Will it be the cable?

I play on PS5 and still have no problems.

I attach the file.


PS: I opened a ticket on March 2 but it's not clear if it went through. To date no response.

    Ich bin erst ein Neuling bei diesem Lenkrad, aber ich konnte es mit Windows 11 und der Fanatac Software updaten. Kann sein, das man es öftters durchführen muss.

    Since the assistance they have changed a piece. The steering wheel is back already updated.

    Hopefully in the future...😅
