Why do I have to manually load Fanatec control Panel?

Hello,

I own a Clubsport V3 pedals ('firmware 1.35) connected to USB and everytime I want to use it (always connect to my computer) I need to manually load the Fanatec Control Panel to set the brake force to 65%.

If I don't do that, the brake force is set to default value of 100%.
