New Purchase

I just purchase my first Fanatec bundle. Question for anyone after submitting my payment it went back to a page that said error items could not be stored. I have confirmed the payment was received but the items are still in my cart. Any suggestion who to contact ?The phone number and the contact email have gone unanswered.
