V3 Pedals FFB setting incorrect on cold boot

Tried this through support per guidelines and got invalid token error, no dice.

Recently switched to direct USB hookup with my pedals.

It wasn't immediate, but lately when I turn on my PC the brake force settings are off, seems like 50% brake force is the max it will read.

Changing the brake force up and down one notch makes it work again, but annoying to do every time

Please advise
