How do you get repair in the UK for a wheelbase please? I tried to create a support ticket but I can’t , doesn’t work, I fill in the information and submit and and nothing happens.

I recently raised an issue with my brake, ticket got logged. I struggled at first, wasn't obvious where I was going wrong. Email replied, part quote raised, I paid and it arrived today. Suspect you are possibly doing something wrong.
Am UK based too.
Try clearing your browser cache/ cookies, or using a different browser altogether. Fanatec's site is... how to put this nicely...notoriously finicky.
