is there anyway to make your brake pedal on the fanatec csl pedals softer because when i brake i cant reach 100% brake pressure btw i do not use the loadcell

Some confusion in this question. Maybe the translator's fault.
If you don't use LoadCell you can't soften the brake, it's just travel, not force. If you can't get 100% braking, make sure the sensors behind the pedal are clean and firm. Then via Fanatec software adjust the maximum and minimum. You can also do this from the game.
You have probably put this post in the wrong category but this is a common complaint of the CSL pedals. The aftermarket has jumped in to provide alternative springs and softer elastomers. Do a search on Google or YouTube and you should find some options.
He said he does NOT have the LC.
There are no aftermarket springs for the regular foam and travel based stock Brake pedal.
