Help with grid legends

Hello, im new here, and i have a question about
my new steeringwheel ddpro gt 8nm.
when i will play the game grid legends the car wil not move, full throttle😅, some times it will work, but at the next race the same problem is there. is there anybody that have this issue and maybe solved this?

Does your usb have an extension cable? (2 pieces to get to the console) If so, it doesn't like that. Buy 1 cable that will go the whole distance, the one with the inline capacitor.
If that isn't it, I don't know.
A spiking pentiometer or incorrectly calibrated Fanatec Handbrake can produce inputs with out touching the handbrake that will hold the car in position, you just need to fix either of those problems.
My Fanatec handbrake is flaky as hell and you need to operate the handbrake before you start using the game to calibrate it and then it is ok and not holding car still whilst trying to accelerate away. Its no problem again until you restart computer or game and also bumping the cable connector going the handbrake will throw off the calibrate min and max until handbrake is moved full range again.
