New pc not detecting csl elite wheel base

Wheel base works on two other laptops and ps5 but not detected on new pc when i plug it in.I dont mean control panel but i cant even see it on device manager.Usb ports works,everything else works even my old thrustmaster wheel and fanatec v2 pedals.Any help?

    Update in the other machine, then try again. worked for me, and super finicky about the USB ports.
