Been trying to call the US number for few days, none of the departments are available, nobody's returning calls. Are they still in business?

    I have never heard they have a US support phone line.

    AFAIK they only have a phone number in Germany for support cases, available from 2-4pm German time.

    If you live in Europe, I guess you wouldn't know, but it's right on their emails.
