Unable to insert steering wheel

Hello everyone I received the podium wheel dd1 with a formula v2.5 steering wheel and the quick release offered. I can't manage to insert the steering wheel on the base at all, I've tried everything, I have to force it very much and it still doesn't fit, it's even getting stuck. I tried everything I have no solution I got it for 3400€. THANKS

    there something not right with your image, you not have hole at your black quick-release in bottom, are you sure you connected that correctly?

    yes there is a hole I have tried everything I have even watched a lot of videos but I have no solutions
