CSL V2 pedals safety measures if clutch is swapped in and out?

So, I usually remove the clutch as I tend drive more recent cars, but from time to time I jump into H-shifter cars so I place the clutch back into the pedal set for a week or two.

I wonder if there is anything I should be extra careful when swapping the clutch pedal in and out?

Will the RJ pedal connectors able to handle this?

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
