Fanatec CSW v2 Not detected by computer

At startup, my Fanatec wheel isn't recognized by the computer. It had been idle for four months. Today, I attempted to use it again but encountered issues. I tried various USB cables to no avail. Interestingly, my Fanatec Porsche GT3 V2 is detected by the computer, ruling out cable problems. I've also tried reinstalling different drivers without success. Four months ago, I used a different steering wheel, but I can't test the base with it now. I need assistance in resolving this issue.(Sorry if I made mistakes while writing)
