Why an extra QR1 Lite quick release with bundle.

Hi, I purchased the CSL dd bundle with the CSL P1 V2 wheel. In the bundle was included a QR1 Lite quick release at no charge. But when I checked the P1 V2 wheel it already has the QR1 lite release attached to it? Why the extra release?

    It's not an Extra Quick Release. It is THE Quick Release of the P1 V2.

    I think it's a mistake due to poor internal communication. Not only do they not talk to customers, they don't talk to them. So since the release of the QR2, their sales site requires the choice of a QR for each steering wheel. Even for P1 who has already mounted it. Then they send you an additional QR1 lite, if you choose the free one. The QR2 lite is not free, I doubt they sent you that one.

    In fact, now that QR1 lite is sold out in Europe, it seems that it is impossible to buy a P1 steering wheel or a Ready2Race package without choosing another type of QR, even if the free one is already mounted.

    You got mine LOL. I have had 2 CSL Hub's delivered with no QR's at all.

    No reply from support for over a week and 2 useless hubs.
