In order to have a Fanatec guarantee, you have to register serial numbers of the all your Fanatec products. In my case I have a issue with serial number of my csl dd base. The sistem accepted serial number of the combo (base + power supply), accepted serial number of the power supply, but did not accepted serial number of the base saying that "Product not found". Is this normal or I have to contact with the support?
