So when you said that Fanatec was working hard to satisfy everyone's requests, you weren't lying.
So, just when Fanatec's reputation hits rock bottom, Fanatec decide that this would be a good time to launch a range of branded clothing? 🤦Does it include a hair shirt, as only reason I can see to wear clothing with Fanatec branding would be as some form of penance.
Once again - completely tone deaf.
I wonder if anything you buy from there will actually get delivered, unlike my QR2 bundle I've been waiting a month for...

Nope, ordered on the 26th Sept from the UK, it got delivered to Hamburg on the 12th and no change since...

I've just checked my tracking again and it's now showing as rescheduled and to be delivered Friday. It's only just changed so might be worth looking at yours again.
I don't know anything, no email or anything, just an order confirmation from Fanatec.
Have you tried the UPS Track by Reference Number option? You need to use your Fanatec order number as the shipment reference, and enter destination postcode without a space.
Guys, think you have gone off topic. It's almost as if you are more interested in receiving the items you paid for months ago, rather than buying a baseball cap branded by a bunch of losers. ;-)

The clothes seem very expensive for some quite plain designs, just black & white. Some colours, designs on front and back of t-shirts etc would be good.

Been waiting for over a year for my paid for product..yep, got to have a shirt…
Remember, the only Fanatec staff member who posts here regularly has already explained that you didn't pay for the missing product - Fanatec simply said that they would give you this as a free gift.
There has never been a follow up withdrawing that comment so it seem that this remains Fanatec's belief. Probably explains their reluctance to send it...
Today I got the first response to my ticket, they refunded my purchase of the regular QR2, wow…I sent back long detail of what was included in my purchase and what they “refunded” were two different things, and I was NOT looking for a refund…. *sigh

Mate that's exactly what mine is saying..I emailed ups and said it been sent back to fanatec so I emailed them but a 14 day wait for a reply 😆 really at a loss as what to do now
I never heard back from Fanatec but mine was finally shipped from Hamburg last week and got delivered Friday. They didn't raise a new order so I assume they just sorted out the missing customs paperwork and upgraded me to express delivery.
Ordered from 7th Sep. Still waiting for delivery! Yes, it returned to Hamburg, went through all the procedures, had to keep positive, no point in getting angry or frustrated about Fanatec! Received an email today, it's now stating that, my CSL Steering Wheel P1 V2 now with priority and UPS Express Saver. Did check with Reference number, because the tracking number still says "retuned to sender"
According to UPS I should receive order's this week! We'll see!

Ended up calling ups about my order..turns out it got sent back to fanatec according to tracking info so emailed fanatec so just going to wait now as not much I can do and no point stressing about it..hope everyone gets sorted soon
