Hello everybody
I am about to enter the world of DD, before my purchase I was asking support a question about shipment location, for which I should not expect any answers within 14 days, being in business for 45 years, I am surprised that I can't get an answer to my simple question: Do you ship from an EU country???.
Hope somebody can answer inside here.

This is true if the order is destined for EU/UK. US orders originate from southern California.
Be sure to peruse the forums to catch a glimpse of the service you may receive before ordering.
I can't speak to CS for general inquiries, but I have had quick response on products I own through the 'My Products' page.
