Unreachable customer service
What are my options if the customer service is ignoring my warranty claim? I dont have time for 1 email / week from them. When i needed to pay, it must have been done immediately. Now i need something from them and they are practically unreachable. What are my legal options? The warranty claim was opened almost 2 weeks ago. And so far i got only 1 answer from a real person.
