UK delivery issues still not fixed
I wouldn't order from the UK just now even though fanatec say its sorted 🙄
Seen that the issues where supposedly on the right track so ordered on the 24th October
order changed to completely shipped on the 25th October,even got a tracking number 🙂
so thought should be OK.
Oh no it isnt 🤦,been checking the ups site every couple of days with my tracking number to see the progress of my order,nothing changed till I just checked and yep my order has been delivered back to fanatec due to missing information 🤬
Looks like im another one that's going to have to wait weeks for my order now 🥲
After the cockups in September you would think fanatec would have double checked all the paperwork is right before shipping orders to customers.🤷

At least you got a tracking number. Heard nothing from my order on Oct 19th. Not a single thing since the initial email. 2 weeks to respond to support emails too? What on earth is going on. I am just about ready to request cancellation and dispute with my bank.

I am on my second instance of my delivery being sent back to Fanatec after they ensured me the issue was resolved. Speak with your wallet and do not support this company.
Same, ordered October 11th with QR2 on the order that had availability date of 26th October. No tracking or anything so far.
If it's any consolation, I waited 2 months for a refund and finally got it this week. Low and behold, UPS then contacted me yesterday asking for me to pay the import duty on the items, naturally I refused the items, even though I was tempted to accept them and make Fanatec wait 6 Months for me to pay them. I wouldn't use Fanatec even if they were supplying the goods at half price. Worst company I have ever dealt with

It took me three weeks and after sending an email asking for reshipment they send an email asking if I wanted a refund or reship. So, another question to wait more "three" weeks

I originally placed my order on the 28th Sept and as you can see it took 10 days before Fanatec processed the order and another 10 days before UPS collected it but didn't leave the local depot until 26th Oct.. 1 month after my initial order... However, this is not the end of the saga.. Because I too was UK order, the package then sat with UPS waiting for customs clearance (import tax) but nobody contacted me to notify me of this. This took another 3 weeks and I only managed to get this resolved due to the QR1 being delivered on its own, which gave me a tracking code that I could track down the wheel and allow me to pay the duty.
Now 7 weeks after placing my order, the wheel is scheduled for delivery Thurs 9th Nov..... WOW
Customer support response is over 2 weeks but I got an email today less than 1 week after sending a message to them with a new order number and that it should be shipped again in a few days.
Here's hoping I get my order soon
