Be sure to check for the country you reside in, but for North America it is not transferrable
Yes - for every country, no matter what's written in the consumer guarantee, as long as you can provide the original invoice you will get help from support within the warranty time.
So they dont ask for your fanatec account to look of your self bought it and not from marketplace?

You can't even get a simple thing like actual terms and conditions on the website correct?
Something like this is called "goodwill". They dont have to aknowledge the warranty claim of a second hand buyer according to their legal claims, but in reality they do.
Goodwill is typically something you wouldn't want to broadcast to the masses when your stated terms are something very different.
I have had some spare time, so I have read a number of the Endor site map links and it is a very different image than what most folks on here would recognize.
Don't get me wrong I love Fanatec the product and have no intention of going to another brand, but Fanatec the corporate image is taking quite a hit in my eyes. I hope Fanatec doesn't take for granted the capital they had built with me and others over the years.
