So after waiting patiently for a month I finally received my csl dd, McLaren wheel, QR1 lite. After setting it all up I’ve noticed there is a nocking/clonking sound when going left to right or right to left, something isn’t right. I discovered that the is movement from the wheel on the shaft. I’ve I hold the black clamp with one hand and push/pull wheel there is movement on the wheel. It’s terrible and very annoying. I really didn’t expect any problems. I’m not sure if the problem is the base or the QR1? What do you guys think?

Could be the QR Lite slipping, they're prone to it. Put a couple of strips of electrical tape along the groove in the shaft and see if that helps.
It kind of sounds like your clamp is just loose. That clamp is where the QR Base side is tightened to the base. Im surprised you haven't had FFB cut out. If it is see this: https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/29480/flashing-yellow-orange-and-blue#latest
