DD Sensitivity

I recently got a Fanatec dd and 3t3 v2 rim. I play on Xbox and don't have a PC only a Mac. When I try and play F1 23 and Forza Motorsport or any game on my Xbox the sensitivity is up so high it's undrivable. I've done some looking online and it seems like I have less settings on the wheel than most do, (I only have Sensitivity, FF, and NDP) Seeing as I only have a Mac and I cant get the sensitivity of the wheel where I want it, do I need to borrow a friend's or am I just doing something wrong?

You need to enter the advanced tuning menu by holding the setup button for 5 seconds.
