Issues with new GT DD Pro with Mclaren GT3 Wheel

Having issues with my unit, so I raised a support ticket.

Got a response 1 week after which hasn't fixed anything.

Now reviewing the refund policy, it must be done 14 days after receipt?

Am I now stuck with a faulty unit.

Issue:

Randomly losing ability to shift (up and down) but can still steer, accelerate, brake.

Occasionally issue:

Everything just stops working, no acceleration, brake, shifting and the steering wheel.

Help!😭
