Delivered order but Missing package

I’ve ordered on Black Friday, i hade the chance to receive quickly my order. But only 10 packages have been send on 11 stuffs ordered… i’ve not received the universal Hub V2. It’s haven’t been send!!! But i’ve a serial number for It in my account. Please send me this hub as soon as possible.

    it's likely to come tomorrow. this is a common occurrence, had the same where my QR2 didn't arrive until the day after.

    The day after is long 😅 i’ve ordered 11 stuffs on 24th november, and have been delivered 10 packages on December 12… i know that many of you are still waiting for there orders so i’m very lucky…

    ups delivered to me the whole order that Fanatec send me… Fanatec just forgot the hub…

    And i can’t play because i dont have the hub that is missing… 😖🤪 3 e-mails sended and still no reply…
