Handbrake issue

Hi, I have just plugged a Fanatec handbrake into my DD Pro base. The control panel sees the handbrake and I get min and max travel. But this is not recognised in DR2, EA WRC and iRacing.

Sure this has been covered somewhere, been searching for a few hours.
