GT DD Pro Clipping/Shutting Off

So, for about 3 or 4 weeks now, my wheel base (GT DD Pro 8Nm) has had serious clipping issues resulting in the wheelbase shutting off during a a session; both iracing and ACC. I have down graded drivers all the way from 455 to 451. No difference what-so-ever. Sometimes it happens when the base is warm, sometimes it happens as soon as I start it and jump into a race. It has also lasted 2 or 3 full races without an issue.

Any help would be appreciated. The Wheelbase was purchased on Nov-2022.

    Try this.

    Clipping is another thing, it depends on the game's FFB settings being too strong, which becomes flat, without details, clipped at the top, in fact.

    I did actually find that I had to retighten the clamp and re-seat the QR base... However. the problem still exists. :(

    Normally I have minor clipping during some racing, Usually iRacing traks like Sebring or Nords, but this is different... Just before shutting down, it starts it with small clipping. It feels like the base is grinding sand, then it smooths out, then bigger clips followed by a total shut off.

    I am losing hope with Fanatec
