I’d like to receive information about my order number 1823079 dated last 23/11/2023  UPS TRACKING NUMBER. 1Z1YR6426850081693


the position 1 and 2 is still pending to receive, I get contact with UPS company and they have told me that the material is lost

And the cannot give me information about it.

I would appreciate if you could give me a response as soon as possible

    This company is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service. FedEx lost my package and I’ve tried for weeks to have Fanatec contact me and no response. So good luck getting someone to talk to. I’ve resorted to EBay to buy products.
