Should I start a Chargeback?
So Im going on almost 3 weeks with no response from Fanatec over a lost Package from FedEx. Ive gotten a Response from a Tech support ticket saying someone from Fulfillment will be Emailing me. That was Last week and ive gotten no response since then. Im debating outright starting a charge back as it seems Fanatec refuses to respond to any email. Ive reached out on Insta, Facebook, Email, Phone Call. Im about to throw in the towel and get my money back. What should i do??

probaply you should Chargeback, this is not normal behavior. if noone answer you back for this kind situation
Also might mention I have received some items but am missing about 300 dollars worth of stuff. Ofc i feel bad if i start a chargeback but i really have no other options at this point.
Not sure anybody can give you a good advise here. It's up to you if you want to take legal actions or just wait.
Maybe you can set a deadline for you how long you want to wait. Once it passed, then do your next steps.
tech support is the wrong adress. you need get in contact with sales support.
I would do a charge back and place a new order but make sure all the items are in stock. My "ready to race" hasn't shipped out because the QR1 lite is not in stock still end of March so that's when they will ship my items out. I just placed a new order but made sure I upgraded the QR1 thats in stock so I'm hoping I get my stuff in my mid next week.
I have contacted all departments to be fair. Even the sales support and webshop support.
I tried the QR1 i had troubles getting it on the base. Idk if i wasnt pushing hard enough but it refused to go on i just went back to using the QR lite.
I wonder if anyone else is having that issue.
