V3 pedals with Club sport DD - vibration motors not working

in Pedals
The vibration motors do not work when test button selected in the Fanatec Control Panel.
Pedals are connected via RJ12 jack in the back of ClubSport DD.
Running on a PC Windows 10 64 bit. Using driver 455 and Fanalab Lab 2.01.21 .
Vibration motors do not work in games.
The motors vibrated once when I was in Fanalab when I selected V3 pedals at bottom of page.
These are new pedals and Clubsport DD purchased in Jan. 2024.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Wayne

They work on AMS2. I don't recall what other games. But often times you need to set telemetry output for the game you're playing.

They should definitely not vibrate when you do anything in FanaLab without being in a game. Sounds like something is broken.
Did you have tried to run the pedals over usb. But dont run the pedals on usb and base at the same time. This will damage the board of the paddles ( 2 power sources)
Maurice,
The vibration in Fanalab happened when a pop up from Fanalab said the incorrect pedals were selected, it said they were V3 inverted. When I selected the correct V3 pedals (non-inverted), there was a vibration in pedals.
I tried checking in Fanatec Control Panel , using test buttons, but there is no response.
Other than the vibration issue, everything else works fine.
